Forwarding to Tirza when you're with Vodafone UK or IE
With Vodafone it works exactly like KPN: you tap in one code and Tirza picks up.
What you need
- Your mobile
- Your Tirza number (you'll find it on your dashboard and in your welcome email)
Step 1 โ Choose your flavour
Everything to Tirza. Easy, Tirza catches everything. Only when you don't pick up or are busy. Your phone rings first โ if you don't answer, Tirza takes over.
Tip for the start: pick "everything to Tirza" for the first week. That way you feel the difference straight away.
Step 2 โ Tap in the code
Open your dialler, tap in the code, press the green call button.
Forward everything:
**21*[tirza-number]#Only when you don't pick up or are busy:
**61*[tirza-number]*11*30#The 30 means: after 30 seconds it forwards. Shorter (20) is fine too.
Step 3 โ Quick test
Have someone ring you. Do you hear Tirza? Then you're set.
Or use the test call button on your dashboard โ that way the system rings you and you hear exactly what a client would hear.
Turning it off

"Number not valid" Check: did you type the full Tirza number (including 06 or 020)? No spaces, no plus sign.
"The My Vodafone app says forwarding isn't active" That happens sometimes โ the app lags behind the real setting. Trust the test call, not the app.
"I have a Vodafone business subscription with VoIP" Forwarding may need to be set via an online portal. Log in at business.vodafone.nl โ My numbers โ Forwarding. Email us if you get stuck and we'll look with you.
