Terms of Service

These are the rules you use Tirza under. We try to keep it short and readable — so you know exactly where you stand.

Last updated: 20 April 2026 · Version 1.0

1.Who are we, and who are these terms for?

Tirza is a service by Tirza AI Ltd (Ireland). In these terms we refer to ourselves as "we" or "Tirza". You are "the customer" or "you".

These terms apply to anyone who creates an account, takes out a paid subscription, or otherwise uses Tirza. Whether you are a sole trader (a consumer acting in a business capacity) or signing up on behalf of a limited company (B2B) — the obligations below are the same.

2.What does Tirza do?

Tirza is an AI receptionist. She answers calls coming in on your forwarded number, books appointments in your calendar, notes callback requests and sends confirmations. You stay in charge: you can pause her, review messages and see everything in your dashboard.

We promise a working service, but not specific outcomes per call. An AI system is never 100% perfect. That is why we always build in a callback fallback: if Tirza is unsure, she sets a request aside for you.

3.Account, access and use

  • You are responsible for the security of your account.
  • You use Tirza only for legitimate business purposes. No spam, no deception, no unsolicited outbound campaigns.
  • The information you enter (opening hours, services, prices) must be accurate. Tirza bases her answers on it.
  • You must not reverse-engineer, copy or resell our service to third parties without written permission.

4.Pricing, trial period and payment

Current prices are listed on tirza.ai/#pricing. At the moment:

  • Solo — £39 / €39 per month, 40 appointments included.
  • Plus — £59 / €59 per month, 120 appointments + after-hours + 2 calendars.
  • Pro — £79 / €79 per month, 200 appointments + custom voice + extra number.
  • Overage — £0.89 / €0.89 per additional appointment, hard monthly cap of £25 / €25.
  • Trial — 7-day live trial starts after your first successful test call; capped at 10 appointments to prevent runaway billing if forwarding is misconfigured.
  • Extra phone number — £12 / €12 per month (separate line; Pro tier already includes one extra).
  • Annual billing — 20% discount.

All amounts are exclusive of VAT. Payment is processed via Stripe, monthly or annually, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA direct debit. We apply a hard cap of €25 additional per month so you never get a surprise bill. Want to use more? You can raise the cap per month in your dashboard.

For late payment we first send a reminder. If payment is still not received, we may pause the service until payment is received. Statutory interest and any collection costs are for your account where the law allows.

5.Trial period and guarantee

New customers get a 7-day live trial. A payment method is required upfront; the trial clock starts after your first successful test call. If Tirza fails to book a single appointment for you during your first week live, we activate the Success Guarantee and give you 14 extra days free — no strings attached.

Are you using Tirza as a distance consumer? Then in principle you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. As soon as you run a test call with your express consent and switch the service "live", you waive the right of withdrawal for the minutes already used — this is a digital service that has then been performed.

6.Cancellation

You can cancel monthly subscriptions at any time from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the current period. Annual subscriptions run until the end of the contract year and then convert to a rolling monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any time.

On cancellation we delete all personal data within 14 days (see privacy policy).

7.Availability and outages

We do our utmost to keep Tirza available 24/7. Sometimes there is maintenance, sometimes an upstream supplier has an outage (telephony, speech recognition). For those moments we have a graceful degradation strategy: if a single component is missing, Tirza falls back automatically to a callback request and you get an immediate notification.

We aim for 99.5% monthly availability, but do not guarantee a specific SLA unless we agree one with you in writing (Pro plan or bespoke).

8.Your responsibility as customer

  • Make sure the information in your dashboard (opening hours, prices, services) is accurate. Tirza repeats what you enter.
  • Check the call summaries you receive by email/SMS. Respond to callback requests within a reasonable time.
  • Where necessary, inform your own customers that inbound calls are recorded and processed by an AI receptionist. We make the statutory disclosure at the start of every call, but you are ultimately responsible as data controller for your customer data.
  • Enter into a data processing agreement (DPA) with us if you process personal data of third parties via Tirza.

9.Liability

We are liable for direct damage resulting directly from an attributable failure, up to a maximum of the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the incident, with an absolute cap of €5,000.

We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits, lost revenue, reputational damage, or damage caused by inaccurate data you have entered. The cap does not apply in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence by us or our officers, nor where liability is mandatorily regulated by law.

10.Intellectual property

All software, text, designs and trade marks (including Tirza) are the property of Tirza AI Ltd (Ireland) or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for as long as your subscription is active.

The content you enter (opening hours, FAQ, service descriptions) remains yours. We may use that content to deliver the service to you and — in aggregated and anonymised form — to improve our service.

11.Changes

We may amend these terms, for example for a new feature or a change in the law. Changes that disadvantage you will be notified at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree, you may cancel with effect from the date of the change.

12.Governing law and disputes

These terms and your use of Tirza are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Ireland, unless mandatory law designates another court (for example for consumers).

Consumers may also use the ODR platform of the European Commission.
